Butter Chicken Curry

Ingredients

1 Jar Butter Chicken Curry Paste
1 kg of Bite sized protein or vegetables
1 Can (400ml) Diced Tomatoes
1 Cup of Fresh thickened cream / coconut cream
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 tbsp of Butter
Fresh Coriander and whole nuts to garnish

Instructions

Method:

  1. Sauté protein with Turban Chopsticks Butter Chicken Curry paste on high until golden brown.
  2. Add can tomatoes, cream, tomato paste and butter and cook on high for 10 minutes till cooked.
  3. Garnish with fresh coriander and nuts.

 

Tip*

Marinade protein and paste beforehand, for an extra flavour punch.
