Chicken Fried Steak ‘Parma’

Ingredients

2 tomatoes - de-seeded & chopped
4 schnitzel steaks or rump steak -batted out
Mozzarella Cheese
Oil for shallow frying
1 egg - beaten
8 tbs BASKETCASE KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN MIX

Instructions

  1. Dip each steak into the beaten egg, and then into our BASKETCASE KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN MIX, coating both sides.
  2. Heat the oil in a large fry-pan and shallow fry 2 steaks at a time. Approximately 2 minutes each side, until golden.
  3. Pre-heat a griller to high, place the steaks on a tray and cover with the cheese, making sure the cheese goes right to the edges. Top with the chopped tomatoes, grill until golden and bubbling.
  4. Serve with fries, salad and a dash of our BASKETCASE FIREBALL HOT SAUCE.
