Ingredients | 1 tbsp grapeseed oil 1 small (120g) onion, peeled, finely chopped 1 large (200g) potato, peeled, finally chopped 375g vegetable stock (270g water + 2 tsp mushroom powder) | 250g frozen sweetcorn 200ml OraSi rice milk Salt and white pepper, to taste Handful fresh coriander, finely chopped |
