Korean Spicy Pork Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

150g Sliced Pork Belly
1 Tbsp of Soy sauce
1 Lettuce
1-2 Servings of Rice
Mekhala Organic Korean Chilli Paste

Instructions

  1. Pan-fry 150g of sliced pork belly with 1 Tbsp soy sauce on medium high heat for about 5-7minutes
  2. Wrap 1 piece of pork belly with 1 Tbsp of rice in a leaf of lettuce and Mekhala Organic Korean Chilli Paste according to spice preference.
