Korma Curry

Ingredients

1 jar Korma Curry Paste
1kg of bite sized protein or vegetables
400ml of thickened cream or coconut cream
1/2 cup of ground cashews, almonds or almond meal
fresh coriander and whole nuts to garnish

Instructions

  1. Sauté protein with the paste on high until golden brown.
  2. Add 1 cup of water, cream, groundnuts and cook on high for another10 minutes.
  3. Garnish with coriander and wholenuts

Tips

Marinade protein and paste beforehand, for an extra flavor punch.
