Laksa Noodle Soup


1 jar Laksa Curry Paste
500g of bite sized protein, tofu or vegetables
1 can (400ml) of coconut cream
3 cups of chicken or vegetable stock
1 tbsp of soy sauce/fish sauce or belacan (dried shrimp paste)
fresh coriander, mint, chilli and lime to garnish
Cooked noodles of your choice


  1. Add Laksa paste and everything else into a stock pot.
  2. Bring to boil for 10 minutes until ingredients are cooked.
  3. Separate noodles into bowls and pour over laksa soup.
  4. Garnish with your favorite fresh ingredients



Add 1-2 tablespoons of chilli paste for an extra kick
