Linguine with Pumpkin Cream


360 g Linguine
150 ml OraSi Soy Cooking Cream
400 g Pumpkin in cubes
250 ml Sunflowers oil
100 g Parmesan cheese
80 g Olives
10 Leaves of sage
1 Shallot
Extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and white pepper


  1. Heat 1 spoon of oil in a pan, fry the shallot and then pour the pumpkin in cubes. Salt.
  2. Add water and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Blend and set aside the pumpkin cream.
  4. Fry the sage in hot oil.
  5. Cook the pasta in abundant salted water, drain 3 minutes before the cooking time, then cook in a pan with a glass of cooking water.
  6. Add the OraSi Soy Cooking Cream.
  7. Decorate with olives, fried sage and Parmesan flakes.
