Miso Ginger Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients

Half an onion
150g Pork belly slices
Mekhala Organic Miso Ginger Paste
Salt and Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan on medium heat
  2. Add in half an onion, sliced. Fry until translucent
  3. Add in 150g pork belly slices and 4 tsp Mekhala Organic Miso Ginger Paste
  4. Fry for about 5-7 minutes. Salt to taste
