Nasi Goreng Fried Rice


1 jar Turban Chopsticks Nasi Goreng Balinese Paste
500g of bite sized protein, tofu or vegetables
4 cups of cooked rice
2 tbsp of kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
Fried shallots, chilli and fresh coriander to garnish


  1. Stir-fry protein or vegetables with the paste.
  2. Add cooked rice and kecap manisand cook on high for 10 minutes.
  3. Top rice with a fried egg (optional)and garnish with fried shallots


Add a little oil around the pan or wok on the rice, ensuring you get good wok hei (charred aroma) for the authentic flavor.
