Nasi Goreng Fried Rice

Ingredients

1 Jar Nasi Goreng Balinese Paste
500g of Bite sized protein, tofu or vegetables
4 Cups of Cooked Rice
2 tbsp of Kecap Manis (sweet soy sauce)
Fried shallots, chilli and fresh coriander to garnish

Instructions

Method:

  1. Stir-fry protein or vegetables with the Turban Chopsticks Nasi Goreng Balinese paste.
  2. Add cooked rice and kecap manis and cook on high for 10 minutes.
  3. Top rice with a fried egg (optional) and garnish with fried shallots.

 

Tip*

Add a little oil around the pan or wok on the rice, ensuring you get good wok hei (charred aroma) for the authentic flavour.
