Orasi Biscuits

Ingredients

360g Flour
100g Powdered Almond
15g Rice Starch
120g Sugar
90ml OraSi Soy Cold
120g OraSi Soy Margarine
1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
1 Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix the flour, starch, sugar, baking powder and salt, add the Soy Margarine and sprinkle with the powders.
  2. Pour the Vanilla Soy Drink and knead quickly.
  3. Form a low and crushed dough, wrap it in cling film and cool it in the fridge for 60 minutes.
  4. Briefly knead the dough, then roll it out with the rolling pin and, using a pastry cutter of Ø 5-6 cm, cut the biscuits. Knead the scraps, spread the dough and cut new biscuits until the pasta is used up.
  5. Place the biscuits on two plates covered with oven paper. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
  6. Remove the biscuits from the oven and place them to cool on the grill.
