Orasi Chicken Salad

Ingredients

200 ml Olive oil
150 g Parmesan cheese
100 ml OraSi Soy No Sugar Milk
80 g OraSi Soy Vegan Butter
12 Tomatoes
2 teaspoons of Mustard
2 spoons of Lemon juice
1 Salad
1 Roast chicken
a pinch of Turmeric
Bread
Extra-virgin olive oil
Salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mayo without eggs: Blend oil, mustard, lemon juice, salt, turmeric and OraSi Soy No Sugar Milk.
  2. Make croutons. Put them in a pan with Orasi Soy Vegan Butter and cook croutons for 10 minutes.
  3. Cut in pieces the roast chicken.
  4. Wash and dry salad and tomatoes.
  5. Put together the ingredients and add parmesan flakes.
