Orasi Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

165g Dark Chocolate
40g OraSi Rice Whipping Cream (A)
360g OraSi Rice Whipping Cream (B)
2.5g Gelatin

Instructions

  1. Put the Dark Chocolate and OraSi Rice Cream (A) into the bowl and melt it until smooth, then add the gelatin.
  2. OraSi Rice Cream (B) put into the mixer beat it until stiff peaks form.
  3. Pour chocolate into cream mixture and fold through until incorporated and no more white lumps remain and chill into the fridge.
