Orasi Conchiglioni


320 g Conchiglioni
400 ml OraSi Rice Milk
300 g Herbs
300 g Ricotta cheese
250 g Tomato sauce (cooked)
200 g Pecorino cheese
100 g OraSi Rice Vegan Butter
70 g Pine nuts
50 g Flour
Extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and ground nutmeg


  1. Prepare the bechamel with Rice Vegan Butter in a saucepan, pour the flour and OraSi Rice Milk. Add salt and ground nutmeg.
  2. Prepare the filling with the herbs, add salt, ricotta and pecorino cheese. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the pasta in abundant salted water and drain 3 minutes before the cooking time with cold water.
