Orasi Dark Chocolate Passion Fruit and Cherry Jelly

Ingredients

Jelly:
250g Passion Fruit Frozen Puree
1g Agar Agar
Dark Chocolate Mousse:
215g OraSi Soy Sugar Free
300g OraSi Rice Whipping Cream
250g Ariba Dark Chocolate

Instructions

JELLY

  1. Boil the passion fruit puree together with the agar agar and make sure it is well dissolved
  2. Place at the bottom of the jar the halved cherry and pour the passion fruit gelatin
  3. Let it set inside the fridge.

 

DARK CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

  1. Boil the OraSi Soy sugar free
  2. Make a ganache together with dark chocolate
  3. Half-whip the rice whipping cream and fold in the chocolate ganache
  4. Pour onto the passion fruit jelly and leave the mousse to set in the fridge at 5 C
  5. Pour onto the mousse another thin layer of passion fruit jelly , leave it to set in the fridge and decorate it with a cherry and sprinkle of dark flakes.
