Orasi Saltimbocca


50 g OraSi Sunflowers Vegan Butter
200 ml Dry white wine
150 g Flour
6 Thin slices of veal
6 Slices of Parma Ham
6 Leaves of Sage
6 Toothpicks
Salt and pepper


  1. Prepare the veal on a cutting board and place the ham on each slice of meat. Add the sage and pinch with a toothpick.
  2. Flour the meat.
  3. Melt OraSi Sunflowers Vegan Butter in a pan and brown for 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Turn the meat and brown for 2 more minutes.
  4. Blend with white wine and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove the toothpicks and pour the cooking juices.
