Potatoes Gratin with Soy Cream


1kg Small Potatoes
400ml OraSi Soy Cooking Cream
Few Sprigs of Thyme
OraSi Soy Vegan Butter
Salt and Pepper


  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices (do not put the slices into the water because they would lose part of the starch used to tie the gratin).
  2. Arrange the slices in 4 quiche molds or in a single larger pan and butter with Soy Margarine. Salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the OraSi Soy Cooking Cream onto the potatoes.
  4. Separate the thyme leaves from the twigs and spread over the potatoes.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees for 35-45 minutes (in small molds cook faster).
