Reheating Method:

a) In oven and grill

  1. Set the oven temperature at 180°c
  2. Open the pouch, transfer to baking tray, we suggest to add slice of potato below the duck legs
  3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until skin get crispy
  4. Remove from oven and serve.

So easy to prepare and there’s a generous amount of duck fat in the packet that I save in a jar for other uses or use for accompanying roasted potatoes. Wish it came in larger packages with multiple legs.
