French Style Green Lentils 500g

Lentils du puy originate from the fertile Puy region in France and are well regarded for their green and black speckled appearance, nutty flavour and firm texture. This Australian variety retains these characteristics. Infused with a mirepoix of vegetables (the French holy trio of onion, celery and carrot) these lentils are a wonderful traditional base to roasted confit duck. Gluten Free.
