Ryan’s Bak Kwa contains no preservatives. It is best consumed within 7 days from stipulated date stated on the box. If unable to do so, keep the Bak Kwa in the chiller or freezer to extend its shelf life.

Ryan’s Bak Kwa is best served warm.

Heating Instructions:

1. Remove from chiller or freezer
2. Place a cup of water in the microwave oven and heat for 20 seconds to increase the humidity within the oven.
3. Place the Bak Kwa on a plate and heat together with the cup of water for 20 seconds to keep the Bak Kwa tender.
4. Remove from microwave and it’s ready to serve.
