A wholesome blend of Melinda’s signature flour, coconut, real dried & crushed raspberries and sweetened naturally with glucose and stevia (low sugar).
Just add coconut cream, butter and eggs (or substitutes). Lovely with a couple of fresh or frozen raspberries added to the batter before cooking. Makes 12 cupcakes.
