
Ri’s Sambal Chilli Sauce
Everyone has an opinion on sambal, and here’s the family recipe we swear by. Our take on this Southeast Asian staple has a complex flavor that’s all at once spicy, earthy, and umami, balanced out by the subtle sweet tanginess of dates and tamarind.
Great with stir-fried vegetables, grilled fish, and satay, as a marinade for seafood and meats, or for mixing with coconut milk for an easy curry.
All our chilis are vegan and paleo. We use only real, quality ingredients with no added sugar or preservatives.
