Ingredients: Pork Belly Roll Boneless, Light Soy Sauce, Sugar, Black Pepper, Garlic, Ginger, Bay Leaf, Lemongrass, Spring onion and Vinegar
- Pre-heat Oven to 160 °C
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 160 °C
- Turn Up to 230 °C and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes ( for Crackling)

Storage: Keep chilled at 0°C to 4°C
