Zesty and delicious, our lemon garlic salt is a blend of our garlic, lemon rind, lemon thyme and Australian sea salt. Sprinkle it over lamb chops for a Mediterranean twist, rub onto a roast bird for crispy skin or add to anything tomato based. Julie and Stewart, and their daughter, have been growing garlic for over ten years and they believe in keeping things natural and pure. Their range of garlic salts and granules is made on their farm in small batches with just-picked herbs, lemons and chilli, and blended with Australian seasalt. So they are super-aromatic and make a delicious addition to so many meals.
