Reheating Instructions for Ryan’s Christmas Roast Turkey

Classic Roast Turkey

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C & boil a pot of water on the side.
  2. Ensure Turkey is at room temperature first before re-heating.
  3. Once the water comes to a rolling boil, off the fire.
  4. Immerse the Turkey with the vacuum bag on into the hot water bath for 30 minutes.
  5. After 30 minutes, lift the turkey out & remove the vacuum bag.
  6. Place the turkey in the preheated oven then reduce the oven temperature to 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown

Note: Using a meat thermometer, heat to an internal temperature of 74°C.

Organic Roast Turkey

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C
  2. Ensure Turkey is at room temperature first before re-heating
  3. Leave the nylon truss on the legs (oven safe up to 230°C) and place the turkey onto a roasting pan.
  4. {OPTIONAL} Mix the spices provided by us with 4 tablespoons of olive oil to create a paste, and marinate the exterior of the turkey with it
  5. Heat at 160°C for 45 mins -1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C
  6. Let the turkey rest for 15 minutes before carving

Note: Using a meat thermometer, heat to an internal temperature of 74°C.
