Rendang Curry

Ingredients

1 Jar Rendang Curry Paste
1kg of Small bite sized protein, tofu or mushrooms
2 Cans (800ml) of Coconut milk
4 tbsp of Toasted desiccated coconut
Fresh Coriander and chilli to garnish

Instructions

Method:

  1. Sauté protein, tofu or mushrooms along with Turban Chopsticks Rendang Curry paste on high until golden brown.
  2. Add coconut milk, toasted coconut and cook on high for 10 minutes until ingredients are tender.
  3. Garnish with fresh coriander and chilli. Serve with steamed rice.

 

Tip*

Marinade protein and paste beforehand, for an extra flavour punch.
