Sambal Curry

Ingredients

1 Jar Sambal Curry Paste
1kg of Bite sized protein, tofu or boiled eggs
1 Can (400ml) of Diced tomatoes
1 tbsp of Fish sauce or Soy sauce (optional)
Fresh coriander and lime to garnish

Instructions

Method:

  1. Sauté protein along with Turban Chopsticks Sambal Curry paste until golden brown.
  2. Add can tomatoes, 1/2 cup of water, fish sauce or soy sauce and cook on high for 10 minutes.
  3. Garnish with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lime. Serve over steamed rice or roti.

 

Tip*

Excellent with seafood, chilli mussels or crab.
