Satay Curry

Ingredients

1 Jar Satay Peanuts Curry Paste
1 kg of Bite sized protein or vegetables
1 Can (400ml) of Coconut cream

Instructions

Method:

  1. Sauté protein with Turban Chopsticks Satay peanuts paste on high until golden brown.
  2. Add coconut cream and cook on high for 10 minutes.
  3. Garnish and serve deliciously…

 

Tip*

Add vegetables in the last 3 minutes of cooking time, for a nice crunch to the dish. Ie. Snowpeas, capsicum, baby corn.
