Stir fried milk with pine nuts

Ingredients

11/2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp mushroom stock powder
125g OraSi oat milk
100g egg whites, beaten until foamy
Salt and white pepper to taste
1 tbsp grapeseed oil
50g frozen peas, defrosted
2 tbsp toasted pine nuts

Instructions

Method

1. Mix the cornstarch and mushroom powder with the milk. Add the egg
whites, season with salt and white pepper.
2. Heat the oil, stir fry the egg mixture until cooked. Stir in the peas.
3. Sprinkle over with pine nuts before serving.
