Sweet Potato Chicken Nuggets


1 cup chicken mince
1 cup grated sweet potato
2 tb spoons coconut oil
2 tb spoons corn starch
1/2 tea spoon garlic powder
1 tb spoon Mavella Superfoods Veggie Boost


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paperlightly greased with coconut oil
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and thoroughly mix.
  3. Begin rolling the mixture into small, slightly flattened nuggetsabout 1 inch diameter.
  4. Place them on baking sheet and cook for 40 min, flipping themhalf way through.
  5. Serve with dipping sauce such as avocado, alioli mayonaise, or mustard
