Teriyaki Pork Skewers


1 1/2kg boneless pork shoulder
1 cup Teriyaki Sauce
350g peeled and cut Potatoes
350g peeled and cut Sweet Potatoes
1 tsp freshly chopped Chilli
1 tbsp Butter
Bamboo Skewers soaked in water



  1. Cut the pork into 2.5cm cubes and place into a bowl. Pour teriyaki sauce and coat well. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or overnight.
  2. Cook the potatoes and sweet potatoes in boiling salted water. Drain and mash. Add the chilli and butter and mix.
  3. Prepare the barbecue. Cook at medium-hot heat.
  4. Place the pork skewers on the grill. Turn and brush with extra sauce for 12-15 minutes.
  5. Serve skewers on a pile of mash.
