Thai Green Curry
|1 jar Thai Green Curry Paste|
1 kg of Bite sized protein, tofu or vegetables
1 Can (400ml) of Coconut milk
|1 tbsp of Fish sauce or Soy sauce|
Fresh lime, basil and coriander to garnish
Add vegetables in the last 3 minutes of cooking time, for a nice crunch to the dish. Ie. Snowpeas, asian greens, bean sprouts.
