vEEF “Chicken” Schnitzel Bao
1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
4 tbsp vegan aioli sauce
4 Bao bun
2 vEEF "Chicken" Schnitzel
1. Combine and mix sriracha aioli ingredients until smooth.
2. Pan fry the vEEF™ “Chicken” Schnitzel until golden brown.
3. Steam bun until warm and soft.
4. Slice the vEEF™ “Chicken” Schnitzel in half and place between the bao bun.
5. Garnish with desired bao toppings
