vEEF Hot & Sour Dumplings


300g vEEF "Chicken" Mince
1 clove garlic chopped
1/4 thumb of ginger chopped
4 green shallot (white part)
3 tbsp oil
15 wanton wraps
Hot & Sour Wraps:
7 cups vegetable stock
3 green shallot (white part)
1/2 thumb ginger chopped
4 cloves garlic chopped



Broth: Simmer vegetable stock in a pot with green shallot, ginger, garlic, and chili. Add both soy sauces, sugar, and vinegar after 30 mins. Remove from heat.

Filling: Heat up oil in a separate pan and add garlic, ginger and green shallot. Cook for 1 min. Remove from heat and mix with vEEF “Chicken” Mince.

Dumplings: Place 10g of filling in the center of the wanton wrap. Wet corners and pinch the tips to seal it close.
