vEEF Summer Festive Burger

Burger: 1 vEEF Premium Burger Patty 1 Slice Vegan Cheddar Style Cheese 40g Cooked Beetroot 1 Slice Grilled Pineapple BBQ Sauce 1 Vegan Burger Bun Guacamole: | 1 Avocado 1 tbsp lime/lemon juice Salt 1 tbsp Olive Oil Caramelized Onion: 1 Large Brown Onion 2 tbsp Olive Oil Salt |
InstructionsDirections To prepare burger: Cook vEEF Premium Burger Patty over medium-high heat for 2 mins. Brush pineapples with a little olive oil and grill both sides until golden brown. Flip patty, top with caramelized onion and cheese and cook for a further 2 mins. At the same time, toast the bun on a grill/pan. To assemble burger: Spread BBQ sauce on both sides of the bun. Build the burger in this order: beetroot slices, patty, onion, cheese, grilled pineapples, and guacamole. To make guacamole: Mash avocado and add lime or lemon juice, salt, and olive oil, and mix. |
